Mr. Piyush Savalia is a result-driven marketing expert with more than two decades of experience in interventional cardiology and the pharmaceutical industry. He has accomplished his B. Pharm from Mumbai University and holds an advanced diploma in Clinical Trials from ICRI.

Before joining Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd. (SMT), Mr. Piyush's previous stints were in Fulford India (a subsidiary of Merck and Co.) and VCL in a variety of leadership positions. He has launched some major coronary product brands in the interventional cardiology industry like Integrillin, Pronova, Supraflex, Supraflex Cruz, etc.

Mr. Piyush is a proven leader with notable success in taking the winning marketing ideas from concept to execution. He is involved in high impact marketing strategy development and product training to ensure seamless marketing and service interactions. Mr. Piyush has trained more than 400 employees across the globe over a decade while transforming the SMT marketing department from local to a global level. His strategic insights have helped achieve greater lengths for SMT.

Mr. Abhijeet Singhvi joined Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd. (SMT) in 2010. He is the Sr. Vice President - R&D, Quality.

Mr. Abhijeet plays a key role in product development, quality compliance and product life cycle management at SMT. He has earned his Master’s in Biomedical Engineering degree from WPI (MA, USA).

Mr. Abhijeet has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry including global work experience in class 3 medical devices.

Mr. Gaurav Goel has been a part of the senior management team of Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd. (SMT) since 2015.He has earned B. Tech in Electronics and Communications from Kurukshetra University and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, USA.

Mr. Gaurav has been influential in setting up and heading first SMT EU subsidiary and operations in Galway, Ireland in 2016. He is further leading the expansion network across Europe. He has created a significant network of direct and distributor sales force across Europe for SMT product portfolio.

Before joining SMT, Mr. Gaurav had worked in software engineering, investment banking, and management consulting across USA and India in companies such as Infosys, First National Bank of Omaha and Accenture Management Consulting.

Mr. Ajit Bhawar is working as Chief Operations Officer – Plant Operations in Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd. (SMT). He is an expert with over 22 years of experience in Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical industry. He has accomplished his master’s in industrial chemistry from Marathwada University and holds Diploma in QC& QAM from IPA, Pune. He holds approvals by FDA Maharashtra, Daman, and Gujarat for manufacturing, testing, and warehouse related activities.

Before joining SMT, Mr. Ajit was associated with Pregna International, Mayo India Limited & Concept Pharma in various leadership positions. He has also developed new products under Class II medical devices and has commissioned the IUD / IUCD / Balloon Catheter manufacturing projects in Daman (UT) as well as in Sachin, Gujarat.

Mr. Ajit is involved with Supply chain management for Maharashtra along with operations activities. He is leading project ‘Sanjeevani’ that was recently introduced at Telangana. (Project ‘Sanjeevani’ will be the largest Stent & Balloon Manufacturing facility in Asia). He is a leader with many skills with in-depth knowledge and strength to achieve the milestones with his winning ideas and concepts.

Mr. Amit holds Chartered Accountancy degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and Executive Education Program from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, showcasing his dedication to academic excellence.

He has about 17 years of global experience, having worked with organizations such as Alkem Laboratories, Cipla and Tata Teleservices. Prior to joining SMT, Amit served as Vice President at Alkem Laboratories.

Mr. Russell Rozario is the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd. (SMT) since May 2017. He has graduated in the Science stream and is a post-graduate in Human Resource Management from Welingkars Institute, Mumbai.

Mr. Russell is currently heading the pan-India and International HR operations for SMT and has been influential in attracting the best talent not only across India but has also set up teams globally, streamlining HR processes and execution of business-specific HR initiatives. His strength in Human Resources includes manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagements, people & stakeholder management and Human Resource operations in general.

Mr. Russell's experience in HR at a leadership level has ranged in various industries like Retail, Hospitality, Medical Diagnostics, and BFSI. Prior to SMT, he was the VP-Human Resources of a multi-national diagnostic chain – Metropolis Healthcare Ltd leading the entire HR function pan-India and globally.

Mr. Girish Kewalramani has joined Sahajanand Medical Technologies Ltd. (SMT) in 2017 as Sr. Vice President - Information Technology. He has around 19 years of IT experience in managing and introducing advanced technologies, ERP systems, and mobility. He has successfully brought the benefits of IT to solve business challenges while managing costs and risks.

Prior to joining SMT, Mr. Girish has been associated with CEAT, Suzlon and Lupin in India, Australia and Fiji Islands in various leadership positions.
